Cooking Class Va was founded by Esther Kwon in 2003 and it has been popular since then in the Washington DC area. Her class has been spreading the ideal of 'healthy Korean food' for decades and expanding the range of cooking classes to Chinese food, Western food, fusion cuisine, rice cakes, cakes, bakery and desserts.
The main points of the Esther Kwon’s cooking class can be summarized into two things: 'healthy eating' and 'elegant catering'.
In the class, you will learn seasonal dishes made from natural ingredients and natural sources without using any artificial seasonings. In particular, students can learn three to four course meals that can be combined with each other even if they only attend one class at once.
